Odd Hotline Answer

I am sure my car made it into a ship, previous calls and MOL have indicated it is in transit, but I just called and the automated system told me timid at the port awaiting a shipping vessel.

Maybe it didn't get my number right...

Well, MOL says it's now at the distribution center so I suspect a bug in their system. Counting on two weeks from now at the outside.

How do you talk to a human? I hesitate to just punch an extension number. I've never gone beyond punching the #2 for delivery status.

The automated line doesn't work. It said my car was awaiting transport from England when it was already on a truck to my dealer!

Automated system is never up to date! Ive used it also to track the MINIs ive ordered..But I learned in a hurry its as good as a$$ wipe paper! lol
