I have a 2016 Cooper S. It recently started having a hard start and most of the time actually it stalls after I fill the gas. The second start is completely normal, there is no check engine light, and no other performance issues. It's literally just the first start after filling up. Any ideas?

Extremely helpful. I am getting a correlating code and my vehicle's age matches with the TSB. I will have to call MINI on Monday to get this sorted. I believe my purge valve is to blame.
