Hey all, I just signed up to get some help diagnosing a problem. I searched extensively and couldn't find anyone with the same issue.

2018 hardtop 2-door, with the dual zone automatic air. The initial symptom was no heat, noticed as the weather is just getting cold here, and retrospectively maybe the AC wasn't so strong this past summer. Upon further investigation [all?] 5 actuators are not working - driver side mixing, passenger mixing, recirc door, and the other two upper distribution doors. Confirmed all the way to unscrewing them and watching the socket while changing settings. Manually moving the mixers with the actuators removed brings in the heat.

Notably, the fan speed control still works as normal, but temperature and location adjustments have no effect. Recirc button does nothing, but A/C button does indeed engage the compressor.

Thinking through the cause, it must either be the HVAC controls in the center stack, or the automatic air control unit (example). I guess it could also technically be the actuators themselves, but having 5 go bad all at the same time seems impossibly unlikely. The control unit seems to me to be the likely culprit, but is there any other common denominator that would cause all the actuators to stop working? I will disassemble more tomorrow to get eyes on every bit of wire, just in case there's a break somewhere, but that seems unlikely too.

I would love to hear any diagnosis ideas you guys have!
