HUD Not Working/Stuck

I've searched everywhere and can't find an answer. My 2017 F54 JCW has the HUD from the factory. It worked fine one day, the next day it won't come up. I checked the settings if I press the switch on the dash the HUD options gray out, if I press the switch again it comes back green as it should. However the screen doesn't rise. I'm not sure what else to check. I've tried resetting the driver profiles and disconnecting the battery for a time period to try to reset things. I even toggled some items in BimmerCode in attempt to reset the ECU in hopes that would help. Still noting. I would prefer not to take it back to the dealer if possible. Anyone had a similar experience? How did you fix it? Any other idea to try? Thanks!

Try to use ISTA to diagnosis, maybe your kombi in transport mode.

I was almost there to try that. Thankfully it ended up being an easy fix. One of the connections on the back of the speedometer cluster wasn't connected all the way. I had checked that once already, but I unplugged and reconnected all the cables. Works as it's supposed to now! Thanks
