Changing engine air filter 2017 JCW Clubman F54

For those who are new to DIY maintenance. I have made a video depicting how to change the engine air filer. I plan to do an engine oil + oil filter change video in a bout a month after I finish a long road trip that is upcoming. The engine air filter change video is here:

You should challenge yourself on filming how to change the cabin filter lol

I look forward to the series. Maybe with enough basic how to videos a mod could pin this as a "basic maintenance" thread.

I actually plan to add the cabin air filter in the future. I still have 20K miles left on my current cabin air filter (due every 40K miles). I'm planning to do a 9K mile road trip from late June to early August, so I should shoot and post an oil change video after that. Got into the rental bay about 20 minutes before the garage closed, so had to speed through the oil change and couldn't take time to shoot a video last week. My landlords technically don't allow any vehicle maintenance in the complex (I was being naughty with this video), so have to rent a bay. Then I'll only have 30K more miles until I need to change the spark plugs again (due every 60K miles). I'll also have to do the oxygen sensors at that time (due every 120K miles). I've never actually done the oxygen sensors before, so that will be a new one for me. Finally, I have 1 year left on my brake fluid (flush every other year regardless of mileage). Those are the videos I plan to add to this little series. I only have 10K miles on my brake pads and rotors, so I'm not sure when I'll need to change them again. I'll also be lubricating the axle hubs of a trailer I tow with this Mini annually, but I wasn't planning to post that video to this forum. I do eventually want to change out to an electric vehicle, but not sure when I'll make that transition. Will definitely post the routine maintenance on my mini until then.
