Is it possible to swap out the old 2017 base All4 grill (and lower fender?) for the new 2020-21 grill/front end pictured?

 

Did some research, looks like the new all chrome grill is only available on a European version of the clubby trim called “exclusive.” I assume it would be as easy as finding the part number. What’s the equivalent of a VIN in Europe?
