Is it OK to use Pennzoil Platinum Euro L 5W-30 (LL-04 approved) and K&N PS-7039?

 

I am assuming you have the B36 1.5L? Since I have the B46 2.0L, just asking. My engine also calls for 0W-20 oil, so is the 5W-30 oil the correct weight? Sorry for all the questions, but best to know what the car calls for. The LL-04 should be OK to use if you plan on the extended oil change intervals, which is where the LL type oils are necessary. On the filter front, I would think most filters will be fine, so long as they are specified for the application.
