I just received my new 2020 Clubman earlier this week. I don't have the spare tire kit, but was still expecting to have a tow hook.

Can anyone tell me what was supposed to be included? Thanks!

 

Have you checked under the seats? I don't know about the Clubman, but the tow hook in my Countryman is under the front passenger seat.

Mine was under the hatch where the spare tire would normally be in the back. I little black pouch with a tire gauge, screw driver and the tow hook.

It has a piece of Velcro on it so it may be stuck on the lid or in the back...or anywhere on carpet.

Sounds like it either never had it or the dealer misplaced the kit when prepping the car. Glad they are sending you a replacement.

 

Since it was a demo, I'm guessing either the dealer pulled it and forgot to put it back in or someone removed it while using the car as a loaner and nobody noticed.

 

I dug around my wife's 2019 Clubman yesterday looking for the tow hook and came up empty handed. Not because I needed it, but because this thread made me curious.

 

My 2017 F54 did not have the factory spare kit. The tow ring and a small screwdriver was in a black vinyl pouch. Said pouch was found Velcroed to the rear end wall of the trunk (underneath the overhang). Quite obscure and did not discover it until a few months into ownership. My 2019 F54 came equipped with the spare kit from the factory and the screwdriver and tow ring were nestled in the foam tool organizer next to the spare itself.
