Thanks for the help. I contacted most of the bed and breakfasts and some of the hotels. They were all reasonably priced, but all full for the weekend as well. Is there any campsites near the track or anything? Definitely open to suggestions, but as the event nears, it will probably be harder and harder to find a place to stay.

How many people are doing the MINI USA deal?

 

I am not doing the MINI USA deal, but would like to meet up with everyone also. I am staying on the beach just south of Zandvoort in Noordwijk aan Zee. I found a nice hotel there on the beach that had a couple of rooms open still.

 

At some point closer to the event we should set up a good meeting point..It will be nice to put a face to the names here on NAM..

 

I registered with MINI USA, but I'm not staying in their hotel... I'm staying in Zandvoort... I'll be driving over from the UK... Arrive on Thursday morning, and leave on Monday...

 

If you don't mind me asking, what hotel? I am having a killer time trying to find a couple rooms. About ready to go the campsite route...

I'm finally official, my Mini United kit arrived today!

Nothing too special; a few cheesy stickers, a patch, an info sheet (with promises of more swag upon check in), a pamphlet on A-dam, and most importantly...a pass card!

Anyone else score yet?

Did not receive ours yet. I think the EU people are getting theirs earlier.. here in US the postal service will take longer - I guess
I saw the patch and I like it. in 2005 upon check in we received a tote bag - a nice name tag entry pass to the track and enough tokens to redeem for coffe and croissant, sandwich and one beer - No bad.

I did not see any CD this time. In 2005 they sent us a CD with list of Euro songs and a short video at the end. Still have a few.

My contact @ MINI USA told me that they will launch the registrations (w/o hotel) in a few days. I am planning to go to the farewell party on Sunday in Amsterdam.

Got registered... hope it's not too late. I might be going by myself, but I still want to drive up. Anybody from the K-town area going? A convoy of MINI's on the autobahn would be the sweet.
