8000K HID kit installed

Just installed an 8000K HID kit in my 04 cooper. I have the standard housing headlights. And wow they look GREAT!!!! BIG BIG differance. I'll get some picks tonight.

well im sure its a pretty blue purple light but i dont see the point cause i know its less light than the stock HIDs

Don't get me wrong, it does look great!

But why would you want to reduce the HID power to get more "bling" factor?

I like the way the stock MINI HID look... The light blue color is great!

But, these 8000 HID look great too...

I dunno why you guys keep saying the light intensity is reduced. It really isn't...

In any case, my streets are always lighted, unlike some of your country's streets so it's a none issue for me. Even when i cross over the border to my neighbour country where the lights are not always on on the freeway, I still don't find it an issue.

End of the day, I'll do what ever I want.

I think they look good, but 6k is the most i'd go.
