OEM 04 HU for an 02 MCS

Would this be 'plug and play' or would I have to take it to a BMW dealer so I could get them to make the auxillary option to work?

Would it be easier for me to take the stereo outta the truck I will be selling and put it in my mini. (It is set up for ipod compatibility) Plus it's less than a year old. Only 'problem' is that it's silver and wouldn't maintain a stock look.

Yes, its a simple swap, no coding needed (that is, if you are going from boost-to-boost).
