i haven't done it yet myself but in a issue of a UK mini magazine it looked like a five min max job, just pop out and pop in kinda deal...
you lift the hood and push from the inside and the whole assembly black plastic aswell pops out, the bulb comes out after a 45degree anti-clockwise turn

The bulbs by themselves should do the trick. You might pick up a hint of orange if it's sunny and the light hits it right, but 99% no orange. I've now got the silver bulbs and the smoke lens covers. I got the bulbs first, then after tinting the windows decided I needed the smoked covers.
They are super easy to install. The slide to the front of the car (I think, might be back) and then pop right out. You might need a small screw driver to help get a grip behind the lens to remove them.
5 minutes maybe....if you're having a beer in between bulb installs!
I got mine of Ebay - XenonMods I think was the shop. While you're at it go ahead and get the front turn signal bulbs. They are more noticable than the repeater bulbs.

Paying $20+shipping for Stealth Bulbs is highway robbery. These are merely spray painted 194NA (WY3W) bulbs.
You can do it for a fraction of the price by applying 1 or 2 light coats of silver spray paint (clean the bulb glass first).
You can do the same thing for the front PY21W bulbs & duplicate Phillips Silvervision PY21W.

I'm not a fan of the spraypainting method, every time I've seen it done it does not match the light output of the "proper" silver bulbs.
You don't need to pull the whole indicator assembly out to replace the orange dome, you can pull it out on its own quite easily.
