Quick Question on parking lights/turn signals

On the '06 Cooper S, are the parking lights/turn signals up front a single bulb with multiple filiments (using 3 wires) or is is two different bulbs, each with a seperate hot wire and a ground? I'm considering wiring something up to come on with the parking lights, but I don't want it to turn off or flash if I use the turn signals.

Thanks!

If you feel behind the lamp you'll see that the turns are pretty simple to remove (its in the manual actually), the wedge bulbs for the driving lights were tougher for me. Good luck!
