A whole year? And they were BOTH seated wrong?

 

Yeah, I changed them myself and just never really realized I did it wrong. They aren't the easiest bulbs to change, seeing as you have to practically be upside down under the hood.

 

So what are your opinions about the VALEO D1S HID PROJECTORS

 

Valeos are ok.

Everyone gets pretty opinionated about these things. I just got the TSX because they are cheap, and are better than most. The S2K (from Honda S2000) and the LS430 are by far the best, but are about $250+. TSX are usually around $100, just make sure and get the clear lens version.

Who is the manufacturer of the TSX projectors?

 

Stanley, which are the same maker as the S2K. Mini-BMW uses bosch BTW.
