where can i find: 12V unswitched in the boot area? (right trunk area?)

hi, i need to wire in something that requires a constant 12V in the right hand side hatch in the boot area (left contains medkit)

where can i find a constant unswitched 12V in or near the right boot area? if it doesn't exist then where is the nearest unswitched 12V i can tap into? do i have to go all the way into the engine compartment for the 12V from the battery?

also, which of the fuses on a 2006 MC provides 12V unswitched? something that'll provide a reliable 12V and will be the least likely to burn out and so on?

thanks

All MC and S have a harness in the right boot that is made to hook up the remote CD changer. Might there be an always on line in that? The lines are pretty small, and I have never checked them out. There are some wiring diagrams in the (aftermarket) service manual, but tracing things through it is a chore.
