OEM Driving Light Retrofit?

I'm considering having the local dealer install a set of OEM driving lights on my '06 S/JCW. Has anyone else done this? Aside from choking down the cost, I have specific questions:

1) Are the driving lights controlled by a separate toggle switch?
2) If so, would that be the third switch from the right on the panel?
3) Does the new toggle come with some sort of marking for the panel?
4) Can the lights be operated only with the low beams or high beams?
5) Aside from that fact that they look very, very cool, have you found them to be useful?
6) What is the wattage of the bulbs?

Thanks very much.

The switch is a push button switch located under the steering wheel on the left hand side.
