Electrical MFSW, possible use

MFSW, possible use
I know everyone is going to want to flame me for this, but I had an idea the other day and was wondering if anyone was familiar with the wiring in order to make this happen.
Let me start off by saying that this is not something I'm going to do while driving. It is purely for the novelty of the idea and the fact that I've done car shows in the past with other cars that I would even think about doing this. Please do not get on my case for what will be presumed to be a driving hazard.
That said, I want to turn my MFSW into a video game controller. I'm not sure if I will be using it for a PSP or maybe a PS2 / Xbox, but I just know I want to do it. Seeing all those buttons there, it just makes me want to play video games on it. So anyone know any links, DIY's, or has any experience with removing the wheel and rewiring? I've ssen some info from the people that used the bluetooth buttons.

Crazy
Driving the MINI is enough of a game already!
Anyway, it's not a matter of taking the steering wheel apart, but of developing appropriate electronics to monitor the "iBus" (which is where button press/release data is transmitted.
For example, see:
