I am looking for a good aftermarket security system. It will not be installed on my Mini, but on a vehicle my dad owns. This vehicle brings as much attention as the Mini brings, but more often in a negative fashion.

Please lend me some suggestions of manufacturers or even units that you have experienced. I know that I want a system similar to the mini in the fact that I don’t want anyone to be able to jack the car up.

Price is not a big issue. It is what it is...we are talking security here....

Viper are the best, make sure you take it to a reputable shop to install it (ie NOT Bestbuy or Circuit City)

RAM Car Audio or AutoSound up near me are great shops, and i know the owner of RAM
