Has anyone with a cooper relocated the battery to the boot???

The actual process will not be too difficult, but there is one thing that I am concerned about, the fact that the ecu is in the battery box.

I am wanting to move my battery so that I can install an Alta cold intake, but i'm not sure how thats gonna work since my ecu shares its casing with the battery.

My question:

1 Has anybody done this already?
2 Will buying a stock S airbox solve this problem, and will it transplant?
3 Is there a way to re-house the ecu with out the S airbox or keeping the
battery case where its at?
