i just picked up a manual 2011 countryman s. I am relatively familiar with NCS/INPA etc... i have coded a few bmws. I hooked up NCS to my R60 and its not coding the DSC module. I tested to make sure it was connected properly with the right DATENs by coding in a few other modules (FRM mainly) and its successful, the changes i make actually have the desired effect. I attached a picture of the error im getting with NCS. when i go to read the module, all the DSC lights and 4x4 error on the little screen on the tach pop up and this message pops up from NCS. I even purchased the latest DATENs from NCS directly on their website. After a bunch of reading, it looks like the DSC wont communicate with NCS....is this actually true? is there any way to go in and make changes to the dsc? I want to turn off some error code monitoring in the DSC module.
