2012 r56 coding software suggestions

I am trying to enable my rear fog light, have front fogs be daytime running lamps and maybe code for windows and sunroof to close from the key. What's the easiest software to use software that will accomplish this?

I have access to a snap-on Apollo d9 scanner, and it won't code the foot well module, will a autel mp808 do it? I looked at compatibility for bimmercode and their site doesn't mention enabling the rear fog light as a option. Seems like NCS is a big pain to get working.
