I recently bought some sequential side turn signals for my LCI R56 Cooper S. The listing advertised the signals to be CANBUS/no hyperflash. These signals look awesome when the car is off but as soon as I turn the engine on the signals begin to hyper flash. I really don't want to add a resistor because I am uncomfortable with splicing into my harness. I had checked bimmercode to see if there was an option to set the side turn signal bulbs to LED which I did but it did not solve my problem. Is there something through bimmmercode that I may be missing? Another option that I would be open to are different sequential options around the $20-30 range that you know is a direct plug and play?
Curious if you got these working? I bought a set on Ebay that look great, work fine when powered on only, start the engine it flashes 5 times then quits. I have tried multiple things with both BimmerCode and NCS Expert.
