Just picked up a 2019 2-Dr Hardtop, after trading in an R56 for a WRX and missing the Mini. It has the halo/LED headlights, so the DRLs are the halos. The spot where the parking/DRL/fog lights are for vehicles w/ halogen lights are simply the parking lamps on my car.

Is there a kit that has the parking lamps and fog lights, like my R56 used to have? It would need the wiring and switch for the fog lights, as that doesn't exist.

 

Just these two kits, one kit (OEM)does not work with the factory LED headlights. But they are for fog light prep cars to fully work.
On the OEM MINI kits note:

OE 520 (front fog lamp) is prerequisite
to display all functions.Without OE
520, only the functions parking lamp
and daytime running lights can be
displayed.
