Gutting my interior, how to bypass the sound system?

My Mini is a track car and I don't listen to music while driving it, so i'm looking to completely gut the audio system. The speedometer has already been replaced with an ipad, I took it apart and plugged the board in so my dash lights would function. The confusing part is the radio is removed, so now the windows, AC, and fog lights don't work. I understand it's connected to the canbus system, but I am completely gutting the interior. I live in Texas so I need to retain the AC. What can I do to bypass the head unit so all of the functions still work? I had the HK sound system. I don't really care about no interior ding, just want the AC, windows, and fogs to work without a stereo. Thanks for your help
