CPU Dealer Tune or alternative?

Just last season I installed my 380cc injectors after a headache with the adapters I got them working. I'm curious because the dealer quoted me 2 hours labor for the tune although I've seen most say it should be 1 hour. Is there a better alternative tune that I could use over the dealer 210 tune?

Thanks, boydie

Wrong generation performance forum, but to answer your question; there is more to gain from a tune such as Mynes or RMW, the MINI tune is expensive for what you get.

There will be other requirements to go with a tuner such as, a wideband O2, boost gauge, and the tuning software and remote tuning time with said tuner, but again there is more to gain from these types of tunes vs the factory JCW tune.

I've run into multiple people that the dealer has told them they refuse to upload the JCW tune on their cars due to not being the ones to install the "supporting mods".

You can ship us the ECU and we can do a tune, but we have found the aftermarket 380 injectors that are not the original JCW ones don't work near as well as the factory JCW injectors.
