Need help with OEM Driving light install

I'm hoping someone can help here. I have the OEM driving light kit for a 2013 Cooper S. I have installed and followed the instructions as downloaded here http://www.outmotoring.com/images/ho...aux_lights.PDF

and read in the very nice review here https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...tallation.html.

After hooking everything back up I cannot get the lights to work. I tried the A1 connector to both pin 4 on the x14260 module as well as connecting to the yellow/red wire coming from pin 41. Neither work. When connected to pin 4, there was no response with the lights once they were activated and the high beams were engaged or with the flasher. When I connected to pin the wire from pin 41 I got a warning signal indicating an exterior bulb had failed and the high beams do not work at all!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
