Wondering if there is anyone living in NVA that has a known working K+DCAN cable that I could use for 2 mins to test my software stack. I am currently trying to get the cable I ordered exchanged with the vendor ecutool as the cable seems defective.

PS I am mostly around the Loudoun County, but can drive anywhere in the NVA area including MD, WVA.

 

I don't have a cable but I am looking for someone to help me make some programming changes (like roll up windows, fold out mirrors, etc etc)

I sure can now that I have a working cable. I will be down in Ashburn on Monday and Wednesday and work at the big three letter internet company there . Maybe we can meet up close by at like Wegmans or something, unless you are one of the dozen MINI drivers that works at the same company in which case we could meet in one of the garages.

I just made the following mods on mine and they work great:
- Window roll up with remote lock
- one touch sunroof tilt, open and close
- door unlock on key removal
- flashing alarm led
- no ac on auto press

Thinking of doing fogs on with high beams since I have to drive through the country in the dark to get home.
