Electrical I relocated my battery!!! (Story of installation)
Oh, also, I grommeted one of the cables. It was completely up against the metal. The other one was fine. I've been meaning to spray the underside of the plate with some anti-rust paint (vht header primer since the exhaust will be there) and plasti-dip (despite that people use it to paint cars, it's very effective against heat), but it's been raining here.
Not sure of the cure time since the weather is colder at the moment. It's supposed to rain the next few days so I'll probably hold off on it until it's sunny again.

you doing a header too?
you dont really "need" a resonator... it just muffles the sound some, takes some of the rasp out. you should be able to get it all installed for about 150, thats what i was charged for 2.5" piping and cat install from my header to the stock muffs.
get some honda exhaust bits, way cheap, its just exhaust anyway!

My friend that helped me with this project has an early 2000 ford focus with a borla muffler and 24 inch magnaflow resonator. It's not even a straight pipe and it sounds pretty loud already without his headers installed.
While we're on the subject of piping. What would be better, 2.25 or 2.5 inch piping? My friend with the focus said to go with 2.5" for it and I was thinking about the stock 2.25"
Also, I know someone at a shop that knows someone that specializes in exhausts and said that they'll probably do my entire exhaust for about $80. Crossing my fingers for that price!
