Electrical bulb and or part number needed

bulb and or part number needed
Idk the name of the bulb ( i searched city lights but that brought me to listings of DRLs)
Its the bulb next to the turn signal , comes on when i turn the lights on , are those the low beam? Its such a small bulb idk what it is .
Also Just wondering if there's an led version available?
I figure if I'm gonna change the bulb i mine as well upgrade them
