I'm looking in retrofitting my 2010 R55 MINI with a OEM Bluetooth and hands free retrofit kit #65412152530 myself. I wish I could do the job myself, I feel like the car is becoming mine when I do the job myself.

I have the kit but don't get the installing instruction. I'm looking for the correct socket pin-out for connecting the MULF, USB and mic together with the CCC, and also the correct harness routing in the car.

Does any one can help ?

In a further step I will try to install the full audio Iphone USB connectivity with charging and roof antenna in the central armrest...

From what I have seen, it is possible but the kit might require some install or coding from the dealer (or NCS Expert). Since you are in France and this guy is in the UK, it might be worth looking into. He makes different Parrot kits work with your OEM system and buttons. Truthfully, the stock BT sucks and I wouldn't want you to waste your money on it. I have the OEM BT and leave it turned off as my wife wont talk to me on it and nobody understand me or they just hate talking to me while on BT.

Sure the stock kit requires some install, that's why I'm looking for the manual ;-)
It may be a lost of money to have tried to fit this kit, but what if I dont even try?
My personal experience is disapointing with Parrot's stuff,while BMW's was OK. No reason why it shouldn't be thé same with MINI

No problem, I just know it was a must-have for me in the next MINI, so when I bought this one I was excited and boy was it terrible and I am pissed it was a priority.

 

Here is the Bluetooth Kit For the Gen 2 MINI. R55 R56 R57 models. You cna click on the item and see all the pics whet come with the kit. Part number 65412152530 . R57 Convertible only requires 51442758451 if they don't already have it & 84109167397 which is the microphone for the steering column location.

Additional add on for your modifications


If you trying to add the snap in adapter and use the perfilals from the usb / audio connection , it would take some work. I have never seen it done.
The snap in adapter base for the stock Bluetooth is. Possible someone else could help you with that part of the modification.

Then of course need the correct snap in for your phone. You will need the audio version snap in adapter for example.



But that's allot of work.
