FA: $2PX NCS Expert Error

I'm trying to help a fellow member out with coding his new 2013 R56 fJCW. I'm having a problem getting his car to connect with NCS Expert.

INPA reads the car just fine; ignition and battery.

NCS Expert sees the car but gives me a "FA: $2PX" error when trying to read the VIN. The car is also freezing and crashing my NCS program.

I get no errors on my '11 R56 S.

Any ideas?

So I've been told that I may need to update to Datens V48.3

Does anyone have a download link for this?

EDIT: Found a download link for V48.2 thanks to Triple_O
