Any diagnostic cables available for short-term loans or leases in the US?

I would like to change a tiny line of code on my 2008 r56 (to have the "fake" alarm light deter mean people on my Cooper without an alarm).

I'd be happy to send pre-paid shipping labels and help offset the cost of the cable in order to use it for a weekend.
