That part is manufactured in Japan by Duell. They do not as far as i know export to the USA any of their parts.

I have contacted a few US companies about parts from DUELL but by the time they get to the US they are way to expensive IMHO. I had looked for some of their front bumpers but at a cost of over $4K just for the bumper I said no.

As fr how to do that. You would have to take the headlight apart and then put some led's behind the ring with the orbs in it. I'm not 100% sure but there is currently a glass/plastic ring in there that would have to come out and be modified I think.
