New Engine Wiring Harness - Now Serial Link Failure

Don't know if you can help... Installed a new Engine Wiring Harness and now have no insturments or headlights. OBDII reads as a serial link failure, so I double checked each connector on harness to ensure in was snapped all the way in. I have insturment lights, odometer, turn signals and driving lights. I have not Tach, Speedometer, gas gauge, temp gauge and when I scroll through the on screen computer I get rangeI and temp but avg speed and mpg both read 99.9. Any help appreciated.

Seem Insturment cluster is getting power to everything - just not the data for (Speed, Revs, Engine Temp, Gas).

Optional Information:
Year: 2002
Make: BMW
Make (other): Mini Cooper
Model: S (Superchaged) Manual
Engine: 4 cyl

Already Tried:
I have tried double checking each fuse, connection, and resetting the insturments by re-initializing them, and also disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.

this is the second gen (07+MC/MCS 08+MCCS 09+verts) fourms you would be better off in the first gen (02-06, MC/MCS, 02-07 Verts) forums as you car is a 2002.
