White Fog Lamp Bulbs

Hey everyone!! I need some help!! I am wanting to change the built in fog lamps to LED/Xenon white lamps as well as the city lamps from yellow to white. I have an R56 MCS so I was wondering if there are any part numbers I need and such. Any info would be awesome! New to modding my MINI so any tips would be awesome!
