My car is a 2006 R53 and 46,000 KM young...and the actuator for the gas cap cover busted already? What is up with that!? Has this happened to anyone before? I haven't read about any permanent fixes but I had no problem with the manual release which keeps it open permanently. If the actuators for the doors are $400 a piece, I can't imagine this will be cheap. I mean, I'm not that concerned with someone siphoning my gas but I just want my car to stay as new as possible for as long as possible and a busted lock on the gas tank is janky.
