If you are talking about them flickering while on, I have no idea. However, If you are talking about while they are off, Then this is because the minuscule amount of energy left behind in the lines is enough to power LEDs. If you add in a 1k Ohm resistor it will absorb that minuscule amount of power, thus letting your LEDs stay off completely.

And it only happens when the ignition is on. If the lights are just on they don't pulse

My guess is that your parking lights are receiving fluctuating voltage or current while the engine is running, and it was true even with your original lights but LEDs are more sensitive and make the fluctuations more visible. A 1K ohm resistor in parallel (between the + and - wires) should help smooth it out. A capacitor in series (inline) should work even better but I don't have a value to recommend.

That's my assumption I tried the resistor but didn't work. But I didnt think of the capacitor. Would anyone know a value. But on a better note led halos look sick. And there not from moss mini

There a custom made set from advanced automotive concepts. They are plug and play. Would anyone know the proper capacitor value?

What if I try a different size resistor

I've installed these also, they blink when the key is on. I believe it is part of a systems check. They will blink a few times then go out.

I wouldn't think it would solve the problem, it would resist power equally, whether it's slightly higher or lower. Whereas a capacitor stores energy like a battery, and discharges it at a steady rate.

But resistors are cheap, so it doesn't hurt to try.

I'm sorry, but i don't. The only experience I have with capacitors is with stereo systems. .5 Farad is the lowest value they make, and that's super overkill for LEDs. You might call your local audio shop, they might know if it is viable to use a .5 farad cap to put in somewhere. But I think it might be too large to find somewhere to mount in the engine bay near the fogs.

You know on second thought, if herbie has the same lights and the same symptons, it might not be varying voltage in the lines. If you can get to the wiring before the light try throwing a multimeter on it, checking the volts for any variance, maybe check for amps too. If there is no variance, there might be a problem with the LEDs, or it might be some feature or something.

I have had just a single LED when i first started off and that blinked than i went to the Moss MINI LED halos and they blinked than to the ones i have now which look great but still blink. There must be small caps for electronics i could use
