Electrical Liberator "Sniper" RE-Flash tool?

Liberator "Sniper" RE-Flash tool?
I am looking at software options to tune my own car, the only two options I can find is the, Uni Chip W/ tuning software, and the Sniper RE-flash tuner. I am now trying to stay away from the Uni, but the info on the Sniper is verry vauge. If anybody has any info on tuning software of any kind for the R53 that you set the peramiters of the tune yourself, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
