So I'm in the process of trying to hook up my resistor in line to my leds to stop the bulb out warning.

...not enough room in the light "housing" for the license plate.. its going to melt everything it touches in there!

So, I'm trying to follow the wires through the hatch to see where on the interior I can wire this in. From the hatch (outside) it looks like there is brown (ground) , yellow, and one other color i cannot remember,
i'm assuming one goes to the lights, one goes to the hatch handle to power that, with common ground.

Anyhow, does anyone know which wire or where the wire feeds into after it goes into the car? Please and thanks!
