Sub Woofer and Amp Install Question

Yo!

I am ~2 weeks away from my first MINI Cooper.

I ordered the HiFi stereo.

I have a JL: Audio amp and modest sub that I would llove to be packed in the boot.

Any recommendations as to do this?
