h4 vs h7 bulbs

i know this is gonna sound stupid but w/e i bought nokya bulbs for my car and now have realized they are 100 watt h7s and that is pushing the limits of the stock wiring so my solution was to go find a high wattage relay harness but these seem to only be made for h4 type bulbs witch have 3 prongs on the back vs out 2 prongs now what are my options in my opinion i think the 3rd prong switches the filaments on the inside so if i pluged it in to my bulb it should work fine right or am i mistaken in my logic anyways if that doesnt work how would i go about constructing one of these relay harnesses how too??
