Driving Light Mounts (kinda Electrical)

Wasn't to sure where I should put this, but I was wondering if anyone had plans drawn up for the driving lights, (the ones for the front grill). I dont want to fork the insane amount for mounts if I can make them, but I dont have any drawings for em.. Then all I would have to wire in the lights.. Somehow

Any advise welcome.
-Thanks

This PDF may help with the wiring part. It doesn't have dimensions for the mounting brackets though.

The OEM brackets are purposely intricate to prevent the DIY guy from duplicating them .( not your ordinary bracket) They are very slim and intricate and fit through a very small slot in the grille. I too dont have dimensions.
