Dear members,

Since BMW software and onboard computers are shared with Mini, is it possible to acces the 'secret' menus? For ex. the secret iDrive menu on an M5 or M6. Every BMW computer can show the car's actual speed (not the speedo which always has a margin upwards) and some BMW even show oil temp, water temp, ..etc

I haven't found anything on this board (yet).

There is some additional info that can be viewed on the tach via the OBC... I remember hearing about the build week, build number, VIN and some other stuff.

Look for the "things you didn't know about your R56" thread. I believe it was in there.
