The OEM toggle panel sends signals to the BC1, which does the actual switching. To make your setup work, you'll need to intercept the signal and send it to a circuit which will switch the lights on.
You can try PMing Ian Cull - GBMINI - and see if he can help you out. He does a custom 'Auto Up Circuit', which can be adapted to other uses (mine opens the garage door.)

My toggle panel has seemingly come loose. The toggle switches, esp. the window ones, do not open the windows/actuate their devices unless i reach beneath the unit and support it with my fingertips as I depress the switches. Is there a way to tighten the panel or fix this? Have any of you experienced something like this? Please help me out if possible.

Thanks,
Chris
