This system is supposed to boost electrical efficiency leading to increased torque, throttle response, idle smoothness, fuel economy, and make your headlights brighter.
I dont see how a bunch of wires connected at random bolts could possibly do what they claim. Has anyone seen a system like this elsewhere or tried something similar? You could even get a bunch of your own wire and do it, they show you where to hook it up.

The only way this would make a difference would be if the factory ground straps were loose, missing, or so worn/corroded that you started having voltage drops, electrical noise and other problems. And in that case, you're better off cleaning or replacing the factory connections than spending close to $150 for what amounts to nothing more than a few lengths of wire and a ground distribution block.
