Made it home around 6:30 pm tonight. About 10 minutes later than it should have been...a friendly Minnesota officer of the law delayed me just west of Spring Valley, only 60 miles from home. Just received a warning, thank goodness...

Such a long list of great memories, too many to enumerate tonight. I'll need to give it some more reflection. Anyway, another fantastic outing with such wonderful people. Thanks to everyone.

Red 5 had a wonderful time. She thinks you guys are sooo cool and can't wait to turn 16 and get her own MINI so she can join us.

On the trip home we stopped for lunch at Arby's and you went on your own way. As we were eating I commented on how our group started as "The Fellowship of the Ring" and then we kept losing people leaving Red 5 & I as the "Frodo and Sam" to make the journey since we had the farthest to go. Anyway you get the point and we got the laugh. I've rambled too long.

All the pictures are great, as was the trip! Lots of fun people and lots of "spirited" driving. We had a wonderful time. Looking forward to many more adventures with this group.

There is plenty that I liked, and plenty of smiles, and a few tears.

 

Pit Stop! (Somehow, I missed the devil woman. Glad you did not.) Nice panoramas too. Will add to the website cache.

Speaking of the "pit stop" photo, it looks like that big rock landed on Daryl's head...and he emerged unscathed, while the rock did not.

Wonderful pictures! Some of the shots have a very interesting perspective and have a super artsy look to them. Many of your Badlands pictures are going in my collection. Poor Gozer at the end :(

 

Yar...and 2012 EIM desk calendar candidate material, I would say.

I trust those bugs are no longer gracing Gozer's front bumper skin...
