Eastern Iowa MINIs Graphics

Well it has seriously been a slow week this week as all students and faculty are pretty much gone. So I had some time and kicked out the www.easterniowaminis.org website.

I have also been working on an official web banner for the site, in case we team up with any other groups and want to share banners:

In addition I thought I would offer up my design skills to offer my business cards for customization, and offer forum signature images.

My forum signature is in my posts so you can see what it looks like, if you are interested in one of those you'll just need to send me photos and let me know what you want on it, and I can kick back a few designs for you.

As for business cards I did a few quick ones for my own cards, and I'm trying to decide which one I want to use, since the current ones don't let anyone who dropped the card.

If anyone is interested in one of these customized design with your car, let me know.

Hope everyone is having a good Turkey Day Week!

Rob

I hereby assume this unauthorized authority to officially dub thee "Handsome Rob" in honor of all of your recent, amazing web and graphics contributions (and with deference to the wheelman of the same nickname from the TIJ remake).

The website design is way cool. I took the liberty of making a couple of text edits; I'll email you and D3m0N to make sure you're both okay with the words. I also have some photo sources for a couple of prior events that I'll send you.

Thanks for the generous offer on the sigs and cards! The ones produced by the source you previously mentioned really came out nice. I may take you up on your offer.

Again, thanks for allowing us the benefit of your creativity!

Ah if only I had the physique of Handsome Rob. Haha

Feel free to edit anything, I am horrible at typing sometimes and let my mind race ahead of my fingers. I like the new About section very much, I had just kind of thrown mine up there but yours is much more eloquent Nice work!

If you would prefer to be and Admin on the site I can do so, but I believe as is you can do just about anything but modify the site layout. Let me know when you have the photos for past events. Adding them is relatively painless. For the most part

Also worked up a little car decal that I thought I'd see if you all like. I'm going to try and work up a few more so I'll post them here and we can then maybe get a vote as to which one you like best.

I like all of your artwork H. Rob! I've always said that my NAM decal was the only one that would grace S-FAX, but looks like I may be making an exception...

Will be looking forward to your other ideas. BTW, did you ever get a feeler back from Mark on the NAM-like decal you emailed me?

^ never got a PM back yet on if he would allow it or not :(

^^That was the original but don't know if Mark would allow it. I'd also need the original graphic for the NAM logo as this one is not printable due to the grainy edges.

The first one reminds me of the gear shift, the second one reminds me of the steering wheel. I suppose that was the intent! I like them both!

^^ Apparently you're the only one around the forums haha.

Well I haven't heard back from the Vinyl shop here on cutting these. May try and contact another shop.

I do too. Lyle at Vinyl Styles stepped up and offered to assist with these Vinyls which is great! He is going to try and make me a demo of each one minus the NAM one. So we'll see what they look like cut

Well I figured out these graphics could look better if I did them in Adobe Illustrator instead of Photoshop, so here is the Above Road Sign EIM logon in Square and Circle Format.

It's ironic that you're working with Lyle for these stickers...without knowing you were working with him, I just placed an order a couple of days ago for his headlight ring wraps! Satin Black. Will look great, and I figured it was a nice and easy wintertime mod.

Oh, and my custom side stripes from Aesthetic Creations came in this week. Will probably wait until it warms up next Spring to do the install on these.

Well they showed up on the 8th but at 4pm, so I have them now and of course you all can't see them

In any case, they look great and Lyle had a nice design change on one of them, which led me to come up with the design below. I hope you all like it, and I hope it can be cut.
