Well if you want to pay with paypal and want to use a CC and not a direct wire transfer please include and extra 3% to the cost of the $3.50 since that's what paypal is going charge me for a non direct bank transfer. Postage is standard $.39 as it is small and fits in a regular envelope.

Just as a heads up if you have never applied a decal before.
I suggest and have done this method for years applying full body vinyls and all that. You use a 1:3 soapy water mixture(1 part soap 3 part water) to wet down the surface you plan on placing the vinyl on. You can use this soapy water to clean the surface first with a lint free towel of sorts.
Once the area is clean spray it again lightly with the soapy water mixture. Pull the vinyl off the backing and stick it in place, Make sure to leave the front paper on still do not remove this until the vinyl is completely dried in place. The soapy water gives you the option to move around the vinyl to get it as straight as possible but don't use to much or you'll wait forever for it to dry.
Once you have it in place use a flat hard surface (credit card works) to smooth the vinyl in place and remove as much water as possible from under the vinyl. Continue to smooth as much as possible and get all of the bubbles out from under the vinyl. Now make sure to let the vinyl dry completely before moving to the next step.
Once everything is dry slowly remove the front paper from the vinyl, you will want to do this very slowly so as not to peel up any of the vinyl. Once this is done your vinyl should be stuck in place.
