Stock Cylinder Head that has been refurbished - a cost effective way to replace your 'tired' cylinder head. If you have a high mileage head with worn valve guides, bad seats, or burnt valves, this replacement is the solution. These are Cooper S heads, but can be used on both Cooper and Cooper S models.
These are NOT just 'cleaned up' used heads. They are thoroughly inspected and tested and everything is brought back to spec with a full valve job. This includes:

• Thorough cleaning to start
• Pressure tested (at high pressure) for leaks or cracks
• All new valve seals
• Re-cut valves and seats
• New guides where needed (most are usually replaced)
• Re-surfaced to spec
