Easy job?

Worth the upgrade?

Which did you choose?

I replaced mine with RDR adjustable control arms. I had thm installed by Helix Minisport HELIX MINISPORT. They do not look that hard to do. Much easier if you have a lift but can be done with jack stands.

I am very happy with them. I do have a little too much negative camber at the moment but I will have it set back closer to stock this week. I actually feel the ride is smoother and the car seems to really plant itself in tight corners. I have not had a chance to run the car at an autocross yet so I can not trully give a great evaluation of there effectiveness. but I do love them and would recommed them to anyone with a lowered mini.

only four bolts! of course to get at the upper ones, you really need to drop the exhaust, and you might aw well drop the heat shield while you are at it.

Before you put the replacements in there, make sure you set the eye-to-eye distance the same so you will get right back to the stock settings. If you have DSC, you will need a way to attach the yaw sensor to the uppr left arm.

Part stupidity, part not paying attention, part stupidity. humble enough?

Too embarassed to say. Let's just say that talking to a neighbor while messing with a jack is not a good thing.

Ouch! I'm not preaching, but I don't think I'm ever more vigilant than when lifting a car with a floor jack. I can see myself doing something like that due to my inate ineptitude, but I'M TOO PARANOID to not pay attention. Sorry, call Chris (@Helix), I bet he'll set you up.
